Tracking your hours
All continuing education hours will be tracked through the Groundwater Week app. An NGWA staff member will scan the QR code on your nametag as you enter each workshop.
Your course transcript will be emailed to you the week of December 15. You can also print a copy of your transcript at any time during Groundwater Week at the education kiosk.
Attention contractors regarding state licensing!
NGWA is required to submit your course transcript directly to your state’s license agency for those with licenses in —
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Iowa
- New Jersey
- New Mexico
- Ohio
- Texas
- Virginia
- West Virginia
- Wisconsin
- NGWA Voluntary Certification Program.
In order for NGWA to submit your course transcript, you MUST complete this online form to report your state license number(s).
Continuing education points for NGWA’s Voluntary Certification
In addition to earning continuing education credits that may apply toward your state’s licensing requirements, continuing education points (CEPs) for renewal in the NGWA Voluntary Certification Program can be earned by attending any of the educational programming offerings at Groundwater Week 2025. In addition, you may receive one CEP in recognition of time spent learning about new technologies and services on the trade show floor.
Note: Please remember that while NGWA seeks recognition of Groundwater Week education sessions for states’ various continuing education credit requirements, each state is free to determine the specific sessions that are approved and how much credit will be awarded.
