Jim MorrisJim “The Rookie” Morris shared the story of his meteoric rise from 35-year-old high school teacher to major league pitcher…in just three months. This 1999 Cinderella tale became the basis for both his autobiography, The Oldest Rookie, published in 2001, and the feel-good story that made cinematic history with the release of the 2002 Disney movie The Rookie starring Dennis Quaid. Now, as a motivational speaker, Morris’ story has inspired those interested in overcoming life’s obstacles and living their dreams.

Jose Rene "J.R." MartinezRetired U.S. Army soldier, actor, author, and motivational speaker Jose Rene “J.R.” Martinez detailed his experience and amazing recovery following a 2003 deployment to Iraq where he sustained severe burns to more than a third of his body when his Humvee hid a roadside bomb. He now travels across the country for speaking engagements, has appeared in the Emmy Award-winning daytime drama All My Children and on Season 13 of Dancing with the Stars, and authored the New York Times’ bestseller, Full of Heart: My Story of Survival, Strength, and Spirit.
